Main purpose:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

 

Manitou Romania is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to develop and to promote the Manitou Group sales strategy and generate sales results towards the Manitou dealer and customer network.

        
Key Responsibilities :                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

 

  • Animate and develop the dealer network.
  • Support the dealer sales teams (participation to fairs, organize product demonstrations, share and develop marketing and communication tools).
  • Promote Services and Solutions such as parts, maintenance contracts, warranty extension and full service proposals.
  • Plan and manage the sales strategies and figures to ensure achievement of targets as per plan within company policies, business plan and guidelines.
  • Provides competitive information.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports.
  • Identify and organize  the sales product training.
  • Perform annual dealer reviews with the contracted dealer organization in order to fully develop dealer priorities for attainment of area goals and objectives. Fully document non-performance and develop corrective action plans in order to improve dealer performance.
  • Communicate Company policies and procedures to dealers and assure compliance to the Dealer Agreement(s) and Terms Schedule(s).


Qualifications & Skills Required :                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

 

  • You have relevant experience in Sales in a technical trade and in a network environment. Your excellent sales and negotiation skills will ensure the achievement of ambitious objectives.
  • Your experience in agriculture or construction machinery will be highly appreciated.
  • You are self motivated and flexible to travel around your area as and when required to support the dealer network and the sales teams.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness are essential qualities for a successful collaboration.
  • You are comfortable with at least the English language. ( written, speaking at advanced level)
