DUTIES &  RESPONSIBILITIES : 

  • Developing a sales strategy for Manitou Benelux and our individual dealers

  • Monitoring the evolution of dealers based on analyzes and/or experiences

  • Management and follow-up of relationships with concessionaires and their agents (= Agri dealers)

  • Manage customer issues that are difficult for the dealer/seller to resolve

  • Visit "key" customers with the dealer to help with sales

  • Maintaining relationships with our customers at trade fairs/open days/...

  • Have a good knowledge of our products and the products of our competitors

  • Support demonstrations with machines at dealers / customers, in such a way that the product is properly presented to the end customer / journalists / ...

  • Training dealers and their salespeople in new products and services

  • Support of Manitou Benelux's Marketing department for the organization of trade fairs / factory visits / development of Marketing at dealers, and be present at trade fairs

 

 

 SPECIFIC / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: 

  • Managing different types of customer relationships/situations

  • Good knowledge of the products (MLT, and others) and services of the Manitou Group and continuous updating of this knowledge

  • Good knowledge of competitors' products and agriculture market in Benelux


 

ABOUT QUALIFICATIONS 1 SKILLS REQUIRED 

  • Bachelor of Engineering

  • +5 years of experience selling machines (+25000€ to the end customer)
