- Deploy and manage the Group's after-sales policy through the subsidiaries in terms of technical support, warranty management, technical training, dealer network management, key account management, etc.

- Define and monitor annual action plans with each subsidiary under his/her responsibility, in line with the Service and Solutions Division's policy.

- periodically visit subsidiaries, dealers, direct customers and key accounts

- Manage the guaranteed activity of the sector for which he/she is responsible (budget monitoring, performance)

- Analyze activity, define progress plans and monitoring indicators

- Audit warranty, deploy and monitor modification campaigns, manage commissioning

- Structure, segment and evaluate the global after-sales service dealer network
