What are the role and responsibilities?
The Strategic Alignment & Execution Excellence department’s core purpose is to ensure the strategic alignment and execution excellence of the entire Offer development project/program portfolio. It aims to strengthen the organization’s capabilities through standardized methods, processes, and tools, as well as the development of project management excellence.
The Performance Management Department is an essential component to drive performance by acting as the guardian of steering mastery. The challenge is to transform project data into decision-making levers through dynamic dashboards, while ensuring compliance with quality standards. The manager must guarantee the continuous improvement of practices and the reliability of the department’s documentary assets.
Your responsibilities:
- Governance & Strategy: Act as a critical partner to evaluate the performance (ex: in terms of Time To Market, profitability, …) of the project / program portfolio based on reliable historical data and implemented dashboards
- Execution & Performance:
- Design and lead performance dashboards to measure project progress, costs, and quality indicators
- Provide the vision of dependencies between projects / programs within the portfolio of Offers development
- Consolidate performance indicators to provide clear visibility to top management and facilitate strategic arbitration
- Conduct regular audits of processes and project practices to ensure alignment with the Group’s quality system requirements and harmonized standards of Global Offer
- Identify practice gaps through audits
- Propose and implement action plans to increase operational efficiency
- Methods & Tools:
- Harmonize project / program steering standards across different Business Units to ensure a single, consistent reading of performance and performance enhancement (schedule/cost/scope/risks)
- Administer and structure the document base (frameworks, templates, methodological guides) to ensure the availability of reliable and up-to-date information
- Development & Competence: Manage and develop the team’s skills to support the evolution toward a learning and standardized organization (ex: train the organization to the standards)
What do you need to succeed on this position?
Holding a Master’s degree in Project Management, Quality, Finance, or Engineering, you made your mark in an industrial PMO or performance role. You should be comfortable diving into complex workflows—like offer development—and have the professional standing to recommend and implement clear, structured improvements, all while operating fluently in English.
You possess advanced proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau, complemented by a strong command of audit methodologies and Document Management Systems (DMS). You don’t just manage data; you use it to streamline work processes and provide the clarity needed to keep our operational performance on track.

- Contract Type: Permanent
- Status: Executive « package » (Statut Cadre – Flat-rate days)
- Flexibility: Hybrid work (2 days per week), available after 3 months of seniority.
- C&B: Base salary and performance-based bonus commensurate with experience, plus profit-sharing, comprehensive health insurance, CSE benefits, an on-site cafeteria, and commuter subsidies.
- Location: Ancenis (44).. Occasional travel to be expected (site audits, global coordination).
