- Digital Ecosystem Management: Ensuring consistency in data flows across customer master data management tools (C-MDM), workflow systems (Kissflow), authentication (OKTA), access management (C-IAM), our ERP (M3), and business processes (Contracts, Onboarding).
- Data Steward Support & Coordination: Acting as the single point of contact to manage Data Stewards’ tickets, collecting their feedback, and centralizing communication regarding enhancements and decisions related to C-MDM and C-IAM tools.
- Training and Change Management: Creating training materials and supporting users through customer relationship management processes and tools. Developing automation and improving the User Interface (UI) leveraging artificial intelligence.
- Project Management (Run & Build): Contributing to digital transformation projects or dealer onboarding initiatives as a project manager, track lead, or contributor.
