Global HRBP – Change & Development (CDD)
Manitou is a growing company with headquarters in Ancenis (France), a world leader in handling access equipment and compact earthmoving activities. The Group will be launching a new Strategic roadmap and associated worldwide organization as of January 2026.
In this thrilling context of internal transformations, the Global HR Business Partner is a strategic partner for the EVP(s) of the scope and his(their) Management Committee(s) across the world.
You lead the finalization of the design of the new organization and its deployment worldwide, support the creation and animation of new team(s), and manage change in such a transformation period.
You will oversee the HR worldwide processes (salary review, Organization & People Review, Performance management…) and support the members of the Management Committee(s) as far as their personal development is concerned.
You serve as the primary HR advisor and consultant to the EVP of the scope, contributing to the overall business strategy from a people and organization perspective.
Due to maternity leave, you will join the team for 6 to 7 months.
CHANGE & ORGANISATION

Lead the transition to consolidation & optimization of the new operating model to support the scope’s ambitions, and ensure its full-scale, worldwide deployment through local HR teams.

Define the adequate onboarding and development plans for the members of the Management Committee (Excom-1) to support their evolution, enhance their leadership skills and impact, helping them navigate the transformation.

Develop a leadership culture for the EVP of the scope and his management committee : feedback, coaching, performance, empowerment, accountability

Define and execute a global change management plan to support the significant internal evolutions. This includes ensuring employee adoption and communicating the goals and meaning behind the changes.
COMMUNICATION

Drive the cultural aspects of the transformation, fostering an environment that supports the new operating model and high performance.

Highly contribute to defining the strategy and roadmap of the scope

Act as a strategic advisor to the entire Management Committee on complex people issues, organizational health, and leadership effectiveness.

Contribute to the retention of key talents within the scope (OPR steering, identification of at-risk talents, action plans).
STAFFING & SKILLS

Actively support the finalization of the selection & onboarding of the new leadership team. This involves team-building, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and establishing effective ways of working.

Ensure the new organizational structure is supported by the right level of staffing to meet future business goals.

Drive the development of the skills required for the new operating model (skills mapping, development plans)

Globally align HR processes with local HR teams (the “Glocal HR operating model”), ensure the consolidation, consistency, fairness, and effective execution of key HR processes (e.g., Performance Management, Annual Salary Review, Organization & People Review/Talent Review) across all worldwide entities within the scope.

Contribute to global initiatives (Manitou Mindset, diversity, HR CSR agenda).
KPI & BUDGET

Leverage HR analytics to support business decisions and anticipate people-related risks (headcount analysis, HR dashboards in Management Committees, etc.).

Co-build the 2026 HR budget for the scope, aligned with business and transformation priorities.
Profile :
You have a Master’s degree (or equivalent) specialized in HR/Management and at least 10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, organizational development, or HR consulting. You are experienced in working within international, matrixed organizations, preferably in transformation or scaling environments. You have a general knowledge of the company’s processes and governance.
