Sales Supervisor - Agricultural Products

Reporting to Commercial Director.

 

Major responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage sales process in Agriculture
  • Coordinate with the sales team, sales admin team, marketing
  • Take part in fairs & exhibitions
  • Meet with dealers and customers
  • Develop dealer network
  • Manage dealers’ sales performance
  • Develop new territories
  • Various reporting to the HQ
  • Analyze market situation. Take relevant measures

 

Profile  / Specific requirements :

  • People management skills

 

Education & Work experience :

  • Higher education, commercial/technical
  • License to operate forklifts, telescopic handlers, awp, etc.
  • Min 5 year experience in similar position

 

Specific knowledge :

  • Manitou product range. USPs of Manitou products.
  • Competitors’ products
  • Office software experienced user.
  • Civil Code, Labor Code and other relevant laws
  • Languages: Fluency in Russian and English is a must. French language is a plus.

 

Operating network internal & external :

  • colleagues within Manitou Russia & Northen Europe region
  • suppliers
  • customers
  • public authorities

 

Location & Travel :

Position based in Moscow with more than 50% of business travels.

 

Other:

  • Permit to work in Russia required
