The primary responsibility of this position is to Purchase and manage Supply Chain for Spare parts, Work with Supplier for timely delivery of quality, Manage imports and work with Global Purchase team.


Specific responsibilities:


  • Minimum 3 years (5+ would be appreciated) of sourcing experience in earth moving and/or industrial and/or agricultural machines spare parts industry
  • Project management experience,
  • Good priority management
  • Inventory Management Skills
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken is a must. 
  • IT skills: MS excel (analysis, pivot table) & MS PowerPoint is a must, some ERP experience & MS Access experience would be a plus
  • Team spirit, Communication should be good
  • Experience in an international context would be a plus




  • Supply management master's degree, or engineering degree with validated experience in supply chain / Inventory management activity. 
  • Sound commercial / analytical knowledge.
  • Computer Savvy with command over excel.
  • 3-7 or more years of experience in parts business of CE/ allied industry.
  • Willingness to Travel extensively.
  • Should be capable of developing relationships.
  • Knowledge of construction/ mining/hydraulic equipment
  • Should be capable of leading a team of direct sales.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating activities with a variety of suppliers.
