Recruitment process
Step 1:
Find the right job

Step 2:
Selection
We will screen your CV and the most suitable candidates will be contacted by our recruiters for an initial conversation.
Step 3:
Interviews
You’ll meet with recruiters and hiring managers. Additional insights can be gained through development tools such as assessments.
Step 4:
Job offer
If you are selected, you will receive an official job offer and sign the contract. This marks the beginning of your onboarding journey with us.
Onboarding process
Our onboarding process is designed to ensure you have a smooth and successful start.
- Starting from day one, you will be welcomed with a coffee and a warm greeting and you will have the opportunity to participate in informative and introductory meetings (such as dedicated sessions on safety, work tools and company policies).
- This will be followed by a personalized onboarding plan or on-the-job training (depending on the role and job) which will include meetings with managers, company and factory tour and external visits, with the support of the team and experienced colleagues for effective integration.
- Your feedback is important to us, which is why we have dedicated feedback sessions after 1 month and at the end of your probation period.
- Once a year we organize a lunch for all the newcomers to facilitate networking and exchange experiences.
