Our recruitment process
At Manitou Group in France, the recruitment process consists of four stages:
Step 1: Find your job
You apply on our career site by submitting your resume in PDF format.

Your cover letter is a significant asset! It allows you to clarify a non-linear career path or emphasize a very specific motivation for the position. It can truly make a difference
Step 2: Selection by a recruiter
Our recruiters carefully assess the relevance of your profile by reviewing your CV and the key elements highlighted in your application.
- Profile selected? The recruiter will contact you by phone or video conference. This initial exchange is an opportunity for us to learn more about your background and for you to ask your first questions about the role or the company.”
- Profile not selected? You will receive a written response from us. Your profile remains active in our database for future opportunities (in compliance with GDPR).

Step 3: Interviews
You will be invited to meet the recruiter, followed by the direct manager(s) for the position.
The process may involve several interviews depending on the nature of the role.

This is your interview too. Prepare your questions about the position, the team, the company strategy, or career development opportunities. Your curiosity is highly valued.
Step 4: Offer
Congratulations ! If your application is successful, you will receive your employment contract, signed by the company, directly via email.
We will then prepare your integration (onboarding) into the company.

We ensure your start is seamless and filled with essential information:
- Safety welcome: Before joining your team, you will master the fundamental safety rules applied at our industrial sites. Your protection is our priority.
- HR meeting & employee benefits: Quickly familiarize yourself with our HR tools (remote work, leave management, etc.) and receive detailed information on your compensation and the benefits offered by the Group.

An onboarding process isn’t truly complete without an integration week!
For our new management-level recruits, a practical and immersive integration week is dedicated to discovering our core business activities:
- Site tours: Dive into our production sites and our logistics center to understand our value chain and operations.
- Exchange workshops & practical experience: Interact directly with field teams during various workshops. You will participate in a concrete activity—we look forward to seeing you there!
🤝 Integrate and Connect: Key Moments in the First Few Months
We cultivate team spirit and your global understanding of the Group from the very first weeks:
- Collaborative discovery day: Participate in a fun day that includes a team quiz and an in-depth tour of our Ancenis production site. A privileged moment to facilitate your integration and build initial connections.
